Over the past decade I've built and led creative operations at global scale — managing integrated teams across six countries and delivering content for brands like P&G, Meta, Amazon, Coca-Cola, and Peloton, with a consistent focus on how content strategy connects to the broader business and ultimately to growth. More recently, that work has evolved into assessing content operations and recommending modern solutions — including where generative AI can bridge legacy production models with new workflows, and where immersive platforms like AR and VR redefine how content reaches audiences. The through line in all of it is the same: redesigning how organizations create and scale content for what's coming next.
