Townhouse LATAM is a WPP, integrated network of content studios across six Latin American markets, delivering content solutions for independent clients and WPP agencies in the US, Europe, and Asia Pacific. In my role as regional Chief Production Officer I was responsible for building, scaling, and leading operations across all six offices.

CONTENT STRATEGY & REVENUE GROWTH

  • Developed and led global growth strategy connecting content operations directly to business development, growing revenue 400% over five years

  • Led client acquisition and retention for high-profile brands including P&G, Amazon, Vodafone, Modelo, and Coca-Cola, structuring deals and managing relationships at the executive level

  • Expanded the services and capabilities of six offices across LATAM to create new business opportunities and revenue streams
